Shipping Policy
Please read our policies carefully before making a purchase.
At Love P Organics, we aim to deliver your order safely and on time. This Shipping Policy explains our delivery areas, shipping charges, order processing time, transit time, and delivery estimates.
Shipping Coverage
We currently ship orders across India to serviceable PIN codes through our logistics partners. At this time, we do not offer international shipping.
If your PIN code is not serviceable by our logistics partner, delivery may not be available for that address.
Order Cut-Off Time
Our order cut-off time is 2:00 PM IST, Monday to Saturday.
Orders placed before the cut-off time on a business day may be processed on the same business day. Orders placed after the cut-off time, on Sundays, or on public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Handling Time
Handling time is the time required to confirm, pack, and hand over your order to our courier partner.
Our handling time is usually 0–1 business days after successful order confirmation.
Transit Time
Transit time is the time taken by the courier partner to deliver your order after it has been dispatched from our facility.
Our estimated transit time is 2–4 business days for serviceable locations within India.
Estimated Delivery Time
The total estimated delivery time is 2–5 business days from order confirmation for serviceable locations within India.
Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, public holidays, weather conditions, local restrictions, incorrect address details, or other circumstances beyond our control.
Shipping Charges
Our current shipping charges are:

All applicable shipping charges will be shown clearly at checkout before payment.
Cash on Delivery
We currently do not offer Cash on Delivery. All orders must be prepaid through the payment methods available at checkout.
Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, tracking details will be shared through SMS, email, or WhatsApp. You can use the tracking link or tracking number to check the latest delivery status.
If you do not receive tracking details within 2 business days of placing your order, please contact us.
Incorrect or Incomplete Address
Please ensure your shipping address, PIN code, phone number, and email address are correct before placing the order.
Love P Organics is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect, incomplete, or unreachable address/contact details. If a shipment is returned to us due to incorrect details or failed delivery attempts, additional shipping charges may apply for reshipping.
Failed Delivery Attempts
Courier partners may make multiple delivery attempts depending on their service policy. If the customer is unavailable, refuses delivery, or cannot be reached, the package may be returned to us.
For orders returned due to failed delivery, we may deduct applicable shipping and return logistics charges before processing any eligible refund.
Damaged, Missing, or Wrong Product Received
If your order arrives damaged, has missing items, or contains the wrong product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

After verification, we will arrange a suitable resolution as per our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
Delays Beyond Our Control
Delivery may be delayed due to events outside our control, including courier delays, natural disasters, strikes, weather conditions, public holidays, government restrictions, or logistics disruptions.
We will do our best to assist you, but we cannot guarantee exact delivery dates in such cases.
