1. Delivery Timelines
We process and ship orders Monday through Saturday (excluding public holidays).
- Processing Time: Orders are typically dispatched within 24 to 48 hours of order confirmation.
- Standard Delivery:
- Within Hyderabad/Telangana: 2–3 business days.
- Metro Cities (Delhi, Mumbai, Bangalore, etc.): 3–5 business days.
- Rest of India: 5–7 business days.
- Remote Areas/North-East: 7–10 business days.
Note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to external factors like weather, public holidays, or logistics delays.
2. Shipping Charges
- Prepaid Orders: We offer Free Shipping on all prepaid orders above ₹[Insert Amount, e.g., 999]. For orders below this value, a flat shipping fee of ₹[Insert Amount, e.g., 50] will be applied.
- Cash on Delivery (COD): A non-refundable COD handling fee of ₹[Insert Amount, e.g., 70] is applicable on all COD orders to cover additional logistics costs.
3. Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email and SMS containing your Tracking ID and the link to our courier partner’s website (e.g., Delhivery, BlueDart). It may take up to 24 hours for the tracking status to update.
4. Cash on Delivery (COD) Rules
- COD is available for orders between ₹[Min Amount] and ₹[Max Amount].
- Our team may call or WhatsApp you to confirm your COD order before dispatch. Unconfirmed orders will be cancelled after 48 hours.
- Repeated refusal of COD orders may result in the permanent suspension of the COD facility for your account.
5. Non-Delivery & Shipping Address
- Please ensure your shipping address, including the PIN code and Phone Number, is 100% accurate.
- If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address or the customer being unavailable, we will reach out to you. Re-shipping such orders may incur an additional delivery fee.
- If you do not receive your package despite it being marked as "Delivered," please notify us within 24 hours at support@loveporganics.com.
6. Damage in Transit
We take extreme care in packaging your organic products in eco-friendly, sturdy boxes. However, if your package arrives tampered with or visibly damaged, please refuse to accept the delivery and notify us immediately.
- Reminder: As per our Refund Policy, an unboxing video is mandatory for any claims regarding internal damage.
