Return, Refund & Cancellation Policy

Please read our policies carefully before making a purchase.

At Love P Organics, we want every customer to have a clear and safe shopping experience. This Return, Refund & Cancellation Policy explains when returns, refunds, replacements, and cancellations are accepted.

Return Window

You may request a return or replacement within 7 days of delivery.

Return requests raised after 7 days from the delivery date may not be accepted.

Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, the product must be:

  • Unused and unopened

  • In its original packaging

  • With all labels, seals, tags, accessories, and invoices intact

  • Not damaged, altered, or tampered with after delivery

For hygiene and safety reasons, opened, used, or partially used personal care, skincare, hair care, and cosmetic products cannot be returned unless the product received was damaged, defective, expired, missing, or incorrect.

Non-Returnable Items

Returns will not be accepted for:

  • Opened, used, or partially used products

  • Products without original packaging, seal, label, or invoice

  • Products damaged due to misuse, mishandling, or improper storage after delivery

  • Items purchased during clearance sale or marked as non-returnable, unless damaged or wrong item received

  • Gift cards, free gifts, promotional samples, or complimentary items

Damaged, Defective, Missing, Expired, or Wrong Product

If you receive a damaged, defective, expired, missing, or wrong product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Please share:

  • Order number

  • Clear photos or video of the outer package

  • Clear photos or video of the product received

  • Description of the issue

After verification, we will offer a suitable resolution such as replacement, refund, or store credit, depending on the case and product availability.

Return Pickup and Shipping Charges

If the return is due to a damaged, defective, expired, missing, or wrong product, Love P Organics will arrange return pickup where courier service is available.

If reverse pickup is not available at your PIN code, we may ask you to ship the product back to us. In such cases, shipping instructions will be shared by our support team.

Returns for reasons other than damaged, defective, expired, missing, or wrong product may be approved at our discretion. In such cases, return shipping charges may be deducted from the refund amount.

Refund Method

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout.

For prepaid orders, the refund will be processed back to the original payment source after the returned product is received and verified.

Refund Timeline

Once your return is approved and the product is received and inspected, refunds are usually processed within 5–7 business days.

After we process the refund, the time taken for the amount to reflect in your account may vary depending on your bank, card provider, UPI provider, or payment gateway.

Replacement Policy

Replacement may be offered if:

  • The product received is damaged or defective

  • The wrong product was delivered

  • An item is missing from the order

  • The product received is expired

Replacement is subject to stock availability. If a replacement is not available, we may offer a refund or store credit.

Order Cancellation

You may request order cancellation before the order is shipped.

To cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible with your order number.

If the order has not been shipped, we will cancel the order and process the refund to the original payment method.

If the order has already been shipped, cancellation may not be possible. In such cases, you may request a return after delivery as per this policy.

Cancellation by Love P Organics

Love P Organics reserves the right to cancel an order in cases such as:

  • Product is out of stock

  • Payment failure or payment verification issue

  • Incorrect or incomplete address

  • PIN code not serviceable by courier partner

  • Suspected fraudulent or suspicious order activity

  • Pricing, listing, or technical error

If we cancel a prepaid order, the full amount paid will be refunded to the original payment method.

Refunds for Cancelled Orders

For approved cancellations before shipping, refunds are usually processed within 5–7 business days.

The actual time for the amount to reflect in your account may depend on your bank, UPI provider, card provider, or payment gateway.

Failed Delivery or Returned-to-Origin Orders

If an order is returned to us due to incorrect address, customer unavailability, refusal to accept delivery, or failed delivery attempts, we may deduct applicable shipping and return logistics charges before processing any eligible refund.

No Cash on Delivery

We currently do not offer Cash on Delivery. All orders must be prepaid through the payment methods available at checkout.
