Refunds & Cancellation Policy

At LOVE,P organics, we strive to provide you with the highest quality organic skincare. Because our products are handcrafted and personal care items, we maintain a strict policy to ensure hygiene and safety.

1. Cancellation Policy

  • Before Shipment: You may cancel your order within 12 hours of placement or before the order has been processed for shipment. To cancel, please email us at support@loveporganics.com or call +91 88967 99999.
  • After Shipment: Once the order has been dispatched from our facility, it cannot be cancelled or diverted.

2. Returns and Exchanges

Due to the nature of skincare products, we do not accept returns or exchanges once the product has been delivered, except in the following cases:

  • Damaged Product: The product was physically damaged during transit.
  • Defective Product: The product has a manufacturing defect (e.g., faulty pump).
  • Wrong Item: You received a product different from what you ordered.
  • Expired Item: The product received is past its expiry date.

3. Mandatory Unboxing Video Requirement

To safeguard against transit damage and missing items, LOVE,P organics requires a clear, unedited unboxing video. * The video must show the package from all sides before opening.

  • The shipping label must be clearly visible.
  • The opening of the seal and the condition of the product inside must be captured in one continuous shot.
  • Claims made without a valid unboxing video will not be entertained.

4. How to Raise a Claim

If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, you must notify us within 24 hours of delivery:

  • Email support@loveporganics.com with your Order ID.
  • Attach the Unboxing Video and clear photos of the product/invoice.
  • Our team will review the claim and respond within 48 hours.

5. Refund Process

  • Approved Claims: Once your claim is approved, we will either send a fresh replacement or initiate a refund.
  • Mode of Refund: Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 7-10 working days.
  • COD Orders: For Cash on Delivery orders, refunds will be issued via bank transfer/UPI. You will be required to provide your bank details via your registered email.

6. Items Not Eligible for Refund

  • Products that have been opened, used, or have a broken seal.
  • Damage caused by improper storage after delivery.
  • Sensitivity or allergic reactions (we always recommend a patch test before use).
